We convert teams of leaders into leadership teams
We engage teams in the challenging work of moving from being a team of leaders – to be a Leadership Team. This involves clarifying team purpose, overcoming competing loyalties and commitments, identifying the gap between the team’s aspiration and its current performance, working through the obstacles to improved performance – including the “undiscussables” the team hasn’t yet been able to address and identifying the plan and goals to assess and exploit the new capabilities.
