We convert teams of leaders into leadership teams

We engage teams in the challenging work of moving from being a team of leaders – to be a Leadership Team. This involves clarifying team purpose, overcoming competing loyalties and commitments, identifying the gap between the team’s aspiration and its current performance, working through the obstacles to improved performance – including the “undiscussables” the team hasn’t yet been able to address and identifying the plan and goals to assess and exploit the new capabilities. This is where we most often employ our “balcony consulting” approach.
